The 2027 Divine Pause® Kenya and Zanzibar Sabbatical exists for her.
This is not a retreat. It is a sabbatical — a deliberate interruption from the pace and weight of a life spent leading, building, caring, deciding, and carrying responsibility for others.
For seven guided days, we move through the breathtaking landscapes and wild, awe-inspiring nature of Kenya, then arrive at the quiet, sacred shores of Zanzibar, where the Indian Ocean does most of the slowing-down for us.
In between, you will rest in luxury accommodations chosen for deep, undisturbed rest. You will sit in guided Divine Pause® reflection circles that ask one simple question:
"What have you normalized carrying that no longer deserves to come home with you?"
You will experience the Itutu Apothecary & Tea Room, where self-care becomes ceremony through guided tea blending and mocktail making. You will share meals, conversations, closeness, and silence with a small circle of women who understand what it costs to lead.
